Do it just.

I surprised myself yesterday. I worked like the most focused person on the planet.

I genuinely think I might have been in the top 0.01 percent of people on a productivity graph.

But post this isn’t to boast - it’s about finding that drive each day to come in and work like a machine. Turn off all distractions, turn off all emotions. Just sit down and do the work, whatever that work is. However hard that work is.

How do we replicate this? Do I need to create an enemy like Mike and Larry did? Do I need to be in a place that all fucks go out of the window? That the outcome is irrelevant - it’s just about turning up and doing the work?

Yesterday was backs against the wall stuff, burn the boats stuff. Either do the work and succeed or do the work and fail. The outcome didn’t matter at that point, I HAD to do the work.

And I did it.

I’m not sure what my drive will be today. But I’ll turn up and I’ll do the work.
